At Single O, we want you to enjoy every brew, but due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans unless there is a quality issue. For brewing gear and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase; please note that roasted coffee beans are generally non-returnable.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our roasting team at [email protected] with your order number and photos if you have received a damaged or incorrect item.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely package your items and send them back to our Sydney roastery using a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After we inspect the returned gear, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
